2-1-1 is the information and referral services of LINC, the Library Information Center at the Memphis Public Library, and has helped provide connections between people in need and community resources since 1975. It has the most comprehensive database of human service resources in the area and is continuously updated. If your telephone service provider does not have the 2-1-1 service available, you can dial the seven digit number 415-2790.
